Yesterday’s Rubicon Mixer was pretty sweet. Their new offices used to be the old soundstage for “24.” Just in case you wanted to know.

Tons of people, drinks and appetizers, and networking of course. As always, I find this to be awkward and strange, but you know… you gotta do it.

Here are some of our new additions to the docstoc crew, Matt, Gabby, and Brittany.
Brittany and I discussed that now I’m no longer “Girl at a startup.” Gotta change that pic. lol.

So, as someone who is used to sending massive documents via attachments whether they’re scripts, Research reports, or just really large files, I was so glad to find out about docstoc’s Oneclick feature

Think about it. None of those annoying files to attach, where you’re waiting about 5-10 minutes for the attachment to actually attach, while you’re trying to just send the e-mail already!!!

Is this just me? Probably not.

Today, I needed to print out tons and tons of paper for a meeting.
And of course… the Printer says, “Paper Jam” EXCEPT there is no paper jam!!!

I had a vision of grabbing Samir and Michael Bolton, and just going at it with this stupid printer.
That was random. I know, but GEEZ!!! I literally heard gangsta rap in my head as the printer kept saying, “Paper Jam” because THERE WAS NO PAPER JAM.

I don’t understand machinery.
