I’ve realized that my vocabulary as of late includes the following vocabulary words:
1) Holla
2) Word (Sometimes, if I’m feeling really 90’s, it’s “Word up”)
3) Okay
4) So
5) Like
6) Totally
7) Haha

I tend to sound like a valley girl though I’m from Philly, and realize that this NEEDS TO STOP.
Anyway… (See how hard it is to stop) one of my duties at docstoc is to tell everyone I know about the document embed feature which probably proves annoying for those around me.

INT. COFFEE BEAN-DAY

7 AM. Sunlight starts pouring into the clean coffee shop. Quiet groove music plays as several PATRONS wait for their daily caffeine fix. I roll up. The BARISTA 20’s, looks at me with a cheerful grin on her face.

BARISTA: Good morning. How are you? What can I get started for you today?
ME: Hi, um, can I have a grande house blend.
BARISTA: Sure. Let me get that started for you.
ME: So, have you heard about our document embed widget?
BARISTA: What?
ME: Oh, it’s like you can upload your documents onto docstoc, embed documents onto your blog/website, get referral traffic. Oh, and it makes it a better user experience for your readers. Isn’t that awesome?!!

The Barista gives me a look of annoyance and anger.
BARISTA: Next!

INT. BEDROOM-DAY

My alarm clock RINGS loudly. Blares is more like it. I SLAM the “Snooze” button.
I look at the clock.
ME: I’m dreaming about embedding. I need a vacation.
